WHO ARE WE?

MerryVille Productions is a Los Angeles based children and family entertainment company specialising in writing, directing and producing across a number of platforms.

Creative Director Karl Harpur has been creating content for children of all ages for over 20 years. This has seen our work produced on stage, television, film and online.

In theatre, we have written and directed over 20 Panto’s that have been enjoyed by over 650,000 people generating over $14 million in ticket sales. And our flagship scripted podcast series The Dastardly Deeds of Professor Nasty along with the spin-off show - Professor Nasty: The Little Riker’s Tapes has accumulated over 110,000 downloads.

Our collaborations have seen us work with leading industry professionals such as RTEjr, Kite Entertainment, Caboom and TheatreWorx Productions.

MerryVille’s goal is to create children’s entertainment that is enjoyed by both young and old alike. Content that the entire family can enjoy together whether it is sitting in a theatre, watching at home or listening in the car.
